Once you've chosen your package, we'll collect the information you already know and use it as the starting point for your research. We'll then investigate the relevant historical records and bring the discoveries together in your finished family-history report.

Don't worry if you don't know very much. A name, approximate date, place or known relative can often provide a useful starting point. We'll explain exactly what would be helpful after you order.

Every family is different and the surviving records determine how far research can reliably go. Our packages are scoped around different levels of research rather than guaranteeing a particular ancestor or historical date.

Turnaround depends on the package and current research schedule. You'll be given an expected timeframe when ordering and we'll keep you informed if particularly complex research requires additional time.

Your discoveries are presented digitally in a beautifully designed family-history report. Depending on your package, this may include family trees, historical records, maps, photographs, local context and narrative family history.
